The company was incorporated as private limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 in 1989. The main object of the company is to manufacture and sale of vegetable ghee, cooking oil, margarine, Co2 Gas and its by-product laundry soap.

Initial production capacity of this plant was 60 M.Tons per day of vegetable ghee and cooking oil. Due to increase in demand of our products, the management expanded the production capacity upto 300 M.Tons per day. In 1998, added a new production line of industrial fats/margarine having capacity 20 M.Tons per day. Margarine is butter like product that typically contains 80% refined vegetable blended emulsified with approximately 20% milk and usually fortified with vitamin A. It is widely used both as a spread and a cooking fat. Margarine is a butter substitute mujahid margarine / puff is being used for making bread, baker products i.e. biscuits, pastries, cakes etc.
